Festive Fun at Cambo

Friday 27th January 2017 – Sunday 29th January 2017

Cambo House near St Andrews

Our now regular Winter extravaganza will be taking place in January.  We are returning to the stunning Cambo house near St Andrews again this year. We can promise it will be a weekend of hard work and lots of fun (hopefully with snowball fights and hot chocolate breaks to keep us warm).

We will probably be rescuing farm woodlands and improving access in the snowdrop glen. Last year we built a new bridge across the burn.

We will be staying in one of the holiday apartments at Cambo House. There will be beds and linen for everyone, so there is no need to bring a sleeping bag. Please however, bring a towel with you. People will be sharing rooms, with an average of 4 people to each room.

We will provide dinner on Friday and Saturday as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, with much of the produce sourced locally and organic.   We will, be having a celebratory winter meal, perhaps a Christmas dinner but maybe a Burns supper.   This is still to be confirmed.   There will be games, and ‘Murder’ may be committed!

We will collect you from outside the old Royal High School, Regent Road in the centre of Edinburgh at 6.00 pm on Friday and will return everyone by about 6.00 pm on Sunday.
