Caledonian Team Challenge Project

To aid in the development of responsible and successful business, we provide high quality team challenge opportunities. These allow organisations to offer their teams and staff members the opportunity to develop and interact through hands-on conservation projects.

Who is it for?

Groups and teams in your organisation who will benefit from working together on a special challenge.

What will it do?

Our project represents a unique approach to team development activity, with a broader range of outputs that include:

  • improved team dynamic and team morale;
  • a real sense among employees that their employer is investing in the local environment, in the local community and in them;
  • delivery of recognisable Corporate Social Responsibility achievements;
  • improved levels of well-being and motivation among participants;
  • environmental benefit and community benefit as a direct result of your involvement;
  • delivery of environmental education to all team members.

What do we do?

We work as much as possible with community-led projects and organisations, where we believe that your input is most needed and most valued.

Typical projects include:

  • native species tree planting;
  • woodland management;
  • primary school wildlife garden development;
  • NHS sensory garden development;
  • nature reserve management.

Equipment and resources

We provide public liability insurance, risk assessment, first aid cover, tools and all required project development.

We offer light refreshments and can also provide lunch and transport.

A budget for the cost of materials is required for some projects. This is generally around £200.
