The Caledonian Team Challenge – Team building to meet your needs
We believe that responsible business should be integral to a company’s programmes and strategies, rather than a bolt-on to operations. Responsible business can help to innovate and develop new products and services - and access new markets.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) should therefore be about implementing initiatives and programmes to improve positive impact, not just minimise negative impact. This allows for issues falling within the realm of CSR to influence sales, reputation, brand recognition, staff performance and staff retention.
To aid in the development of responsible and successful business, we provide high quality team challenge team building opportunities for businesses that would like to give their staff and teams the opportunity to develop through hands-on environmental projects. As well as being good for your business, team building events bring real benefits to local communities, to community assets and to the environment.
We recognise that different teams have different objectives when taking on a team building event. As such, we are able to offer different levels of input. Our events can range from fully organised events, to events that are designed to be problem solving exercises and so require more input from the team, or from key team members. Please look at the project list below or discuss with us your objectives, so that we can offer a package that effectively meets them.

Green Business Tourism Scheme (GTBS)
Our team challenge team building events can also play a role in the Green Business Tourism Scheme (GTBS), the national sustainable tourism certification scheme for the UK. These team building events can help businesses to meet objectives under the criteria of ‘Natural and Cultural Heritage’ and the criteria of ‘Social and Communication’. We can source and organise projects on your behalf that allow your staff to work with the local community on social and environmental projects and also to plant native species trees. Please look at the list below for typical project types, or discuss with us the kind of project that you would like your staff to become involved in.
