The Caledonian Team Challenge
We believe that responsible business should be integral to a company’s programmes and strategies, rather than a bolt-on to operations. Responsible business can help to innovate and develop new products and services - and access new markets.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) should therefore be about
implementing initiatives and programmes to improve positive impact,
not just minimise negative impact. This allows for issues falling
within the realm of CSR to influence sales, reputation, brand recognition,
staff performance and staff retention.
To aid in the development of responsible and successful business,
we provide high quality team challenge opportunities for companies
that would like to give their staff and teams the opportunity to
develop through hands-on environmental projects. As well as being
good for your business, these projects bring real benefits to local
communities, to community assets and to the environment.
We recognise that different teams have different objectives when taking on a team challenge event. As such, we are able to offer different levels of input. Our events can range from fully organised events, to events that are designed to be problem solving exercises and so require more input from the team, or from key team members. Please discuss with us your objectives, so that we can offer a package that effectively meets them.
Below is a list of our current team challenge opportunities (although we are also happy to tailor an event to your needs):
